FAQ Birth pool

*Responsibility:

We do not take responsibility for incorrect use, there will be clear instructions added at delivery, if you follow them it should be fine. 

If you rent our pool we will send you a small contract you need to sign to take full responsibility for incorrect use.

*Deposit:

 You pay €50 deposit up front, it will be returned once we receive back the birth pool in a good state.

*Hygiene:

The pool comes perfectly clean, it will be delivered with a cover called a liner. 

We do not reuse the liner. You can throw it away after use. This guarantees everything is hygienic and makes it easy to clean up after birth.

*Return policy:

You can throw away the liner after use. Please return all the accessories so we can either send back to the factory for recycling or clean properly for next use. 

*Delivery:

We deliver and pick up for free in Alcobaça and Santarém.

You can pick up and return the birth pool your self in Alcobaça for free.

FAQ Postpartum meals

*Allergies; 

We always contact you about allergies and other dietary wishes, so we are sure we make the best menu for you personally .

*Frozen or fresh;

It will depend of the sort of dish, soup is good to deliver frozen so you can keep it longer. 

Things like fresh pasta are more tasty to deliver fresh but you will have to eat is first.

We will talk about it when we contact each other.

*Ingredients;

We try to work with seasonal and fresh ingredients because that is the most healthy and tasty.

Were possible we use organic ingredients grown in our own veggie garden,

We don´t use seed oils, we love to cook in animal fats, olive or coconut oil because we believe this is healthier.

*Delivery;

We only deliver in Alcobaça and Santarém because this is were we are located and we need to keep the food fresh during delivery.

FAQ Maternity box

*Delivery: 

We will deliver the Maternity box by CTT post either in 2 day,s for €8,34 or 3/4 day,s for €5,17.

*Return Policy:

If you are unhappy you can send the box back. 

If it is in a good state you will get a refund, you pay for delivery costs.

If there is something wrong with an item in the box please contact us to resolve the issue
